Planetary 12x Longitudinal Brushes Group (12B)

Powerful working unit that's only available on the EMC Rotoflex machine. Performs deslagging, deburring, grinding, oxide removal and edge rounding up to 2 mm with a single pass.

  • Unique planetary system: thanks to the use of 12 rotating brushes, the equipment provides uniform and high-quality edge rounding with a radius of up to 2 mm even on parts with complex geometries.
  • Exceptional configuration flexibility: the system allows you to select an individual solution for specific tasks — from slag removal after plasma cutting (PLASMA) and laser burr removal (LASER) to complete finishing (FULL).
  • Processing versatility: the machines are capable of working with a wide range of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) with a thickness from 0.5 to 200 mm and a width of up to 1650 mm.
  • Intelligent control: the presence of a 15-inch touchscreen and an automatic positioning system significantly simplifies the setup and control of work processes.
  • Reliable part clamping: the combination of a powerful vacuum clamp and the option to install a magnetic track guarantees stable positioning of workpieces of any size during processing
