Installation d’une machine automatique d’affûtage à Daugavpils : amélioration de l’efficacité de production

Début octobre, notre équipe a installé pour un client à Daugavpils la nouvelle machine automatique Matrix en assurant son réglage complet et la formation du personnel. L’équipement s’est rapidement intégré au processus de travail.
Matrix MGM 150A est équipé d'une meule CBN, d'un système de lubrification contrôlé et d'un module électronique de réglage automatique des paramètres, ainsi que d'une interface Mitsubishi multilingue conviviale. La machine assure un affûtage précis des outils d'un diamètre de 1,5 à 160 mm.
Le cycle de travail comprend quatre étapes : fixation de l'outil, réglage de la profondeur, point zéro automatique et lancement du processus. Cela permet au client d'améliorer considérablement la qualité et la rentabilité de l'entretien des outils de poinçonnage.
